Studio Policies and Guidelines

 

Appointment cancellation policy:

If you should need to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments, please give a 24 hour notice. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of service.


Deposits:

We do require deposits for any full sets or lash lift appointments. This deposit is taken at the time the appointment is made. If you should need to cancel or reschedule we require 24 hour notice or you will lose your deposit.


No children to lash appointment policy:

Please make arrangements ahead of time for your children. Due to liability we cannot have children unattended during your service. If you should come in with children to your lash appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.


Late arrival policy:

Please show up 5 minutes before appointments. if you should show up late, our technician will do all she can to accommodate you. however, more than 20 minutes late may result in a rescheduling of your appointment and appropriate charges.


Booking ahead policy:

We are a busy salon and we do book up months in advance. Please make your appointments ahead to avoid not being able to get in.


Cell phones:

Please silence your phones when in our facility.
